Delivery, installation and commissioning of digital radiography system "Digital radiography system and scope"

Supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment - System Digital Radiography and Field Radiology - 1 piece - Main Site: 5 Traian Street, Calafat, Dolj county.digital adiology graph and scope 1 pc. - according to the technical specifications of the tender specifications.

The bidders, the third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: Will the DUAE be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedureinformation about their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented at the request of the contracting authority only by the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be:

1) Finding certificates for lack of rest duties(2) The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the company, that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016; 4) Other editorial documents, as the case may be.

Tenderers, supporting third parties and subcontractors should notto find themselves in the situations provided by art. 59 60 of Law 98/2016. Declarations according to art. 59 and 60 of Law 98/2016 will be presented by the bidders, third supporters and subcontractors together with the DUAE.

Economic operators have the obligation to complete and initiate the DUAE (including for associates / subcontractors / thirds supporters) as the first proof of non-compliance in exclusion situations and to meet the capacity requirements of use DEAU developed by ANAP available at www.anap.gov.ro) with information related to their situation. DUAE shall be electronically signed in SEAP in accordance with Art. 60 par. (4) of H.G. no. 395/2016, respectively the documents will be signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by a certification service provider accredited under the conditions of the law and loadedin the SEAP in the specific sections available in the IT system and only by the registered economic operators. • The documents that will be requested by the bidder declared to be the winner when the tender evaluation is finalized:

In the situation when it is found that the first ranked offers, have equal prices, the contracting authoritythe tantra will ask for clarification through SEAP, in order to upload the documents, which will contain new prices (re-fermentation), by the first economic operators.
