The subject of the contract is the supply of digital RTG devices along with the annexation and the PACS system for Meststo the Šurany polyclinic.

The description of the required minimum properties of the object of the order is, given the considerable text range, 2 of the tender documents. The subject of the order must be as followsno services:

- transport of the subject of the order to the place of supply: Mestska poliklinika Šurany, SNP č. 2, 942 018 Šurany, - delivery of a technological project for the installation of the subject of the contract, - dismantling of the existing equipment and ensuring ecological disposal in accordance with the regulations in force, - necessarily the building regulations for the installation of the new equipment and its accessories according to- installation and installation of the equipment and all necessary parts for successful installation and commissioning, - configuring the subject of the order, removing the functionality and availability of the subject of the order,

- logging the subject of the order,

- training the employees of the Šurany Municipal Hospital with regard to the operator including instructions for routine maintenance and maintenance, in the rangemin 2 x 4 hours, - handing over the documents necessary for the use of the subject of the order, - performing the connection of other equipment necessary for a regular supply related to the supply and installation of the subject matter, in compliance with the standards and legislation valid in the Slovak Republic, range of measurement and sampling source of ionizing radiation sources in accordance with the valid lawslabs,

- Guaranteed time: all components required Minimum time guaranteed 24 months, for diagnostics monitors min. 60 months.

III.1.1.1) The guider must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act") and their fulfillment of thethe provisions of - 32 par.
