The purpose of this consultation is to realize: the design, installation and commissioning of an external infrastructure platform of the Ministry, the maintenance in operational conditions of this platform and the implementation of developmentsto host new information systems; hosting and operating web applications developed mainly in PHP; the provision of reversibility benefits at the end of the market; the provision of consulting, expertise and development of automation scripts for hosted applications.
Main Site: The premises of the holder and the representativeThe purpose of this consultation is to: design, install and commission an off-site hospital infrastructure platform, dedicated to the needs of the department and the entities that are hosted, meeting the requirements the CCTP; the maintenance in operational conditions of this platform throughout the market and the implementation ofnecessary to host new information systems; the hosting and operation of web applications developed mainly in PHP on behalf of the department as well as entities hosted and published mainly on the Internet network and the intranet network of the department; the provision of reversibility benefits at the end of the market; performance realizationns of advice, expertise and development of automation scripts for hosted applications. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of the Public Procurement Decree No. 2016-360, with no minimum amount and no maximum amount. As an indication, the forecast amount is 600 000 EUR (HT) for the first two years and 1.2 million-EUR (HT) over 4 years.
