The present market has for subject:
Main Site: Marseille Provence Airport - 13700 Marignane.
Implementation and maintenance of a new e-commerce site for Marseil AirportProvence.
The application will be examined in accordance with articles R. 2142-1 to R. 2144-7 and L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 of the code public order. Only applications with sufficient technical, financial and professional guarantees regarding the subject and the importance of the contract or lot (s) concerned will be retained. Candidates will produce:
- the letter of application orDC1,
- the declaration of the candidate or DC2,
- in the event of receivership, the copy of the judgment,
- the documents required in points III.1.2) and III.1.3). In replacement the candidate can present an e-DUME accompanies elements required in III.1.2) and III.1.3). In case of grouping or subcontracting, each must provide a complete application file. For subcontractors, he will have toprovided a DC4 declaration or a letter of commitment.
The candidates will produce:
- statement of the global turnover and turnover for the last 3 years,
- a certificate of insurance covering the professional risks for the l year in progress.
Procedure negotiated in 2 stages:
