Predmetom zakazky jeImplementation of the work "Secondary Technology Reconstruction and Innovation RIS Center in ESt Horna Ždaňa 400 kV" (hereinafter referred to as "Work"), including the preparation of documentation for the implementation of the work (DRS) and its approval under Decree No. 508/2009 Coll. DRS will be developed on the basis of documentation for the selection of the contractor (hereinafter referred to as DVZ).actual state (DSS) of the whole ESt Horna Zdana

Part of the performance of the subject of the Work is further:

- Implement the Work in accordance with the offer and Documentation for the selection of the Contractor of the Work, realize the Work in accordance withwith technical requirements, internal directives, regulations and SEPS standards according to Annex no. 7 of the Contract, valid technical standards and Act no. 264/1999 Coll. on Technical Requirements for Products and on Conformity Assessment and on Amendments to Certain Endings, as amended. Elaborate the Documentation for the implementation of construction (hereinafter referred to as DRS). For Part DRS - Fire Documentation bsecurity prepared by a specialist, ensure its approval at the relevant OR HaZZ. Ensure approval of DRS by an authorized organization pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic No. 508/2009 Coll. Prepare documentation of the actual execution of the Work; - Implementation of the Security Coordinator pursuant to Section 6 of Governmental Order No. 396/2006 396/2006 Coll,

- Ensure the execution of engineering and design activities during the implementation of the Work and its putting into operation: Performing the first Official Test by an authorized legal person. The Contractor shall ensure all decisions of the Statutory Bodies necessary for the execution and commissioning of the Work, work, perform individual tests, pre-complex and complex tests during the individual stages of implementation and the whole Work. Perform the above tests with the participation of the ESt Operator and representatives of interested organizations, putting the Work in question into permanent or trial operation as required by the Client, or for the management of the operation pursuant to Section 23 of the Decree of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic No. 508/2009 Coll. to ensure safety and health protection at work and safety of technical equipment and STN 34 3100 for work on el. equipment near the live part, including operator supervision (B command) if I so desire, kV and the ESt concerned,

- Develop proposals for material and time programs Annex no. 16 of the Contract, for the purpose of switching off the electrical equipment for the implementation of the Work,

- Carry out the tests according to Annex no. 9 of this Contract: Individual and Pre-Comprehensive Tests, Comprehensive Tests,

- Deliver documentation to the extent specified in Appendix no. 11 of this Agreement,

- Upon completion of each section, issue a handover and acceptance protocol afteraccording to Annex no. 13 of the Contract,

- Ensure the performance and participation of the Work Contractor when putting the equipment into operation (after handover and acceptance of a part of the construction) and during complex operation,

workplace identification, transport of materials to the workplace and their storage, watch service, contractor necengineering activity, building temporary connections inž. - Work to be carried out under the terms of this Agreement, according to the documentation negotiated and agreed by the Parties, at the terms agreed in this Agreement, according to the legal regulations and technical standards in force in the Slovak Republic at the time of implementation work.

Pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. e) the Act requires that the interested person has registered the subject of activity, which entitles him / her to perform the given subject of the contract - delivery of goods with installation and related electrical installation work - installation, reconstruction andmaintenance of dedicated electrical equipment corresponding to the subject of the contract. Contracting authority pursuant to - 38 par. 2 of the Act also stipulates the condition under - 40 par. 6 pism. g) law, ie. that the contracting authority excludes the candidate / tenderer from the public procurementIt shall begin if, on the basis of reliable information, it reasonably suspects that the candidate / tenderer has entered into an agreement distorting competition in the contract concerned with another economic operator. The contracting entity is an entity that is not authorized to use data from public administration information systems pursuant to a special regulation - - 1 par. 3 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens by the use of public administration information systems and on the amendment of certain conclusions (against bureaucracy). 1. 2. The contracting authority shall, when communicating with candidates / tenderers, proceed pursuant to Section 20 of the Act through the Seps Portal VO communication interface, whois available at the URL indicated in point I.3). The contracting authority in point 29.7 of the SP in accordance with - 43 par. 4 in connection with - 22 par. 4 of the Act states that Annex 3 to the ZoD contains confidential information, therefore Annex no. 3 to the LC, the contracting authority shall provide only to the interested party, which, in writing, pursuant to point 29.7 of the SP, requests its provision. A specimen of the Confidentiality Agreement is set out in Annex no. 4 SP and the first party to the agreementeditable form is found on Seps Portal VO.

4. If it is necessary to explain the conditions of participation of the bidders in the public procurement stated in the notice, any of the registered and registered bidders in accordance with - 48 of the Act may request their explanation in writing through the Seps Portal VO in Slovak language. 9. In accordance with - 56 par. 8 et seq. The law stipulates that the successful tenderer is obliged to provide the contracting authority with due diligence necessary forshould be concluded within 45 working days from the date of expiry of the period pursuant to - 56 par. 2 to 7 of the Act, if he was asked in writing to close it. The contracting authority shall require the successful tenderer to submit the documents referred to in point 32.6 before signing the contract within the framework of suicide. Part A.1 SP.
