Realizacia stavby: „Obnova sekundarnej techniky R 400 kV Bošaca vymena ochran a inovacia RIS"

Predmetom of the contract is the execution of the work Construction: "R 400 kV Bošac secondary technology - replacement of protection and innovation RIS" (hereinafter referred to as the Work), including cable routes, delivery and installation of technology. Works for operation, execution of engineering and design works and works related to building inspection

These regulations will always be updated with new facts that will be discovered and will arise during the execution of the Work. . the documentationindividual devices, passports, audit reports, certificates, equipment configuration back-ups, documents of attestation of conformity and other documentation for use of the Work prescribed by standards valid in the Slovak Republic,

- documentation including detailed manuals in Slovak language(in electronic form on CD / DVD),

- After completion of each part to issue a handover and acceptance report, the acceptance report will be a breakdown of invoices, Detection Protocol component division number, price = delivery installation of the test, project documentation and engineering activity, it is certainly the breakdown of the invoicemelting and technologic.

- The dignity and participation of the Contractor of the Work at putting the equipment into operation (after handover and acceptance of a part of the construction) and at the complex operation,

- The Contractor undertakes to dispose of the equipment. with the resulting waste in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste and on Amendments- Other work and performances necessary for the successful and economical construction of the construction (eg temporary fencing of the construction, marking of the construction, transport of materials to the construction site and their storage, emergency service, contractor engineering, summary and removal of surplus topsoil, removal of excess excavated soil, construction of temporary connections inž.si network, zabebaking of the construction site in terms of work safety and fire protection),

- Work to be performed according to the terms of the Contract, according to the documentation negotiated and agreed by the Parties, at the terms agreed in the Contract, according to legal regulations and technicians. Standards valid in the Slovak Republic at the time of implementation of the Work.

The candidate must meet the conditions of participation specified in - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Some Outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Conclusion") and proves their fulfillment by submitting documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2, 4 and 5 of the Act or the submission of the Single European Document pursuant to- 39 of the Act or by entry in the List of economic subjects pursuant to - 152 of the Act. Pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. e) the Act requires the interested person to have a registered subject of activity that entitles him / her to perform the given subject of the contract - delivery of goods with assembly and related electrical installation work - installation, reconstruction and maintenance of reserved technical equipment corresponding to the subject of contracty. Other information on the personal status of the candidate is given in the tender documents, which are published in the profile of the contracting authority and on the SEPS portal VO. Contracting authority pursuant to - 38 par. 2 of the Act also stipulates the condition under - 40 par. 6 pism. g) law, ie. that the contracting authority will exclude the candidate / tenderer from the public procurement if, on the basis of reliable information, it concludes that the candidate / earThe contracting authority has concluded an agreement distorting competition in a given contract with another economic operator. The contracting entity is an entity that is not authorized to use data from public administration information systems pursuant to a special regulation - - 1 par. 3 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens by using public administration information systems and onfilling some ends (ends against bureaucracy). For this reason, candidates must submit all documents specified in points 1.2.1 to 1.2.6 of Part A.2 of the tender documents. 2. The contracting entity shall, in communication with candidates / tenderers, proceed in accordance with Section 20 of the Act through the SEPS portal VO communication interface, which is available at the website referred to in point I.3). The contracting authority in point 29.7SP in accordance with - 43 par. 4 in connection with - 22 par. 4 of the Act states that Annex no. 4 k ZoD contains confidential information, therefore Annex no. The contracting authority shall provide only the interested party, which has written request, pursuant to point 29.7 of the SP, for its provision. 5 of the SP and the first party to the agreement in editable form are located on the SEPS portal VO.

4. Explain if necessaryIn accordance with - 48 of the Act, any of the registered and registered candidates in accordance with - 48 of the Act may request their explanation in writing by means of SEPS portal VO in Slovak language. Pursuant to - 48 of the Act, the contracting authority shall notify all interested parties in the subject matter of the SEPS portal VOis known and published through the SEPS portal VO and in the contracting authority profile. Application for participation - all documents and other documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the Public Procurement must be submitted electronically through the functionality of the SEPS portal VO system within the deadline for submitting the application for participation under point IV.2.2) as scans of required documentsice, made out of their originals or their certified copies. The contracting authority has determined the format of the coding and encryption in PDF, in machine - readable form, for submitting an electronic tender. 9. In accordance with - 56 par. 8 et seq. The Act stipulates that the successful tenderer is obliged to provide the contracting authority with due dignity necessary for concluding the Contract for Work so that it can be concluded within 45 working days from the date of expiry of the period pursuant to - 56 par. 2to 7 of the Act, if he has been requested to do so in writing. The contracting authority shall require the successful tenderer to submit the documents referred to in point 32.6 before signing the contract within the framework of suicide. Part A.1 SP.
