The subject of the order is the delivery of a workstation (computing unit) and an external disko under the project "New technology for plastic forming of hollow products with flanges for the mining industry." The computer (workstation) will be used for the needs of computational applications, engineering applications, CAD design, computer simulations, graphic applications and Internet access. Detailed requirements for these parameterstechnical workstations are included in the attachment to the ToR - description of the subject of the order.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a workstation (computing unit) and an external disk as part of the project "New plasty technologymanual shaping of hollow products with flanges for the mining industry. "The computer (workstation) will be used for the needs of computational applications, engineering applications, CAD design, computer simulations, graphic applications and access to the Internet. Detailed requirements for the technical parameters of the workstation included in the attachmentiku to SIWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
The contractor may rely on the technical or professional ability or financial or economic situation of other entities to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, in appropriate situations and in relation to a specific contract or part thereof. the legal nature of the legal relations which it has with themwca, which refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings to the extent that it refers to their resources, also submits the forms of the Single European Procurement Document regarding these entities. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to Subcontractors. Employer requires indicatedand by the Contractor part of the contract which it intends to entrust to Subcontractors and the submission by the Contractor of Subcontractors. Contractors may jointly apply for the contract. In this case, the Contractors shall appoint a representative to represent them in the procurement procedure or to represent them in the procedure and to conclude the public procurement contract. WedThe electronic communication in the proceedings is the on-line platform operating at https://e-ProPublico.pl/. The offer must be secured by a deposit in the amount of: PLN 700.00 (say: seven hundred PLN 00/100). b) having any and active electronic mailbox (e-mail),
c) a computer with the operating system Windows 7 (or newer) or Linux,
d) any installed Internet browser - The platform works with the latest stable versions of all major web browsers (Internet Explorer 10, MicrosoftEdge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera),
e) JavaScript and Cookies are enabled. .xml.
Employer, in accordance with - 4 of the Regulation of the Prime Minister on the use of electronic communications in public procurement proceedings andproviding and storing electronic documents (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1320) specifies the acceptable format of a qualified electronic signature as:
a) documents drawn up and sent in .pdf format should be signed with a qualified electronic signature in the PAdES format;
b) documents prepared and sent in a format other than .pdf (e.g.: .doc, .docx, .xlsx, .xml) should be signedby qualified electronic signature in the XAdES format. encrypted. The customer will only be able to access the file after the terminu opening offers;
b) the time of receipt of data by the Platform is the date assigned to the electronic document and the exact time (hh: mm: ss), visible next to the sent document in the column "Date of sending";
c) the time of sending is determined by the time of full reprocessing file transactions on the Platform.
Proceedings for awarding the order are conducted in Polish. Documents pordered in a foreign language are submitted together with a translation into Polish. The contracting authority allows the parties to submit statements, applications, notifications and information electronically to the e-mail address: bzp@pollub.pl.
