This consultation has been carried out pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 relating to to the framework agreements and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 relating to the purchase orders in application of the code of the public order. This is a framework agreement with purchase ordersyears minimum or maximum, single-attribute. The estimated amount shown is the amount for the total term of the framework agreement, including renewals, and for all lots. The Territorial Hospital Groups (GHT) were created by Article 107 of the and. The GHT Alpes Dauphine was formalized by the signature of its constitutive agreement on 1.7.2016. As such, the CenUniversity hospital Grenoble Alpes (CHUGA) acts as a support institution for GHT Alpes Dauphine. - the CHU Grenoble Alpes ensures the contractual management of all the needs,
- the member institutions assure, each for the byt the framework agreement that concerns them, the execution of the framework agreement (issue of purchase orders or service orders, verification and admission of benefits, payment of invoices, implementation of penalties, etc.). It follows that the concept of the contracting authority as defined in Article 10 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public markets is replaced by the conceptsthe CHUGA support institution and / or the member institutions of the GHT Alpes Dauphine, for each mission that concerns it. Financing: the operation is financed by the credits entered in the annual budgets of each of the member institutions concerned by the present procedure. Overall payment period: 50 days from receipt of the payment request in accordance with Decree No. 2013-269 of 29.3.2013. In the case of a grouping, its legal form is at the free choice of the group.
