Renovation of the DN 800 water main by trenchless method in ul. Solec in Warsaw on ep. from ZL9030 to Trojnik at ZL9033 L = 1370 mb, Dzielnica Środmieście.

Preparation of project and cost documentation for the construction of a sewerage network in ul. 15 August and to the property at ul. Pułaskiego 37 in Warsaw in the Białołęka District with a division into tasks.

1. Contractors, who:

1.1 meet the conditions for participation in proceedings regarding the possession of competences or entitlements to leadspecific professional activity, insofar as this obligation results from separate regulations. Not applicable.

1.2 are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the Act on Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Act" or "PPL" (from the sentence of Article 133 paragraph 4 of the PPL) and pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 4-8 Pzp.

2. Evaluation of meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings (according to the formula "meets - does not meet") and no grounds for exclusion will be made, based on: - a) the initial statement of the Contractor contained in the single European order document" EAT "- in relation to all Contractors who submitted bids, and - b) documents and statements confirming the fulfillment of conditions participate in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion regarding the Contractor whose offer will be the highestabove rated.

3. The ordering party requires: 3.1. At the stage of submitting bids from all contractors: - a) Uniform / European ones / their document - in the order - in accordance with item 6.1 a) IDW, constituting Part I of the ToR;

b) Completed Table of unit prices on the form constituting Annex 3 to the IDW, Part I of the ToR,

c) Documents referred to in point 6.5 IDW

d) Other declarations and documents, as to which it is recommended in the SIWZ that they should be attached to the offer.

3.2 The ordering party will call the Contractor whose tender will be assessed as the most advantageous, to submit in the shortened period, not shorter than 10 days, as at the day of submitting the declarations or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 para. 1 Pzp, ie documents about whichnew in item 6.1b) and 6.1d) IDW.

3.3. Each Contractor, in accordance with art. 24 sec. 11 PPL, is obliged to submit within 3 days from the date of posting on the website of the Employer information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 PPL, ie the document referred to in item 6.1.c) IDW

3.4 Contractor based in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to persons who reside outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, whichch applies to the document specified in item 6.1b) sub-item a) IDW, submits relevant documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in IDW.

4. In order to confirm the fulfillment of the condition referred to in point 1 item 1.1, the Contractor whose tender will be evaluated as the most advantageous will present: Not applicable.

5. The Awarding Entity will assess (if applicable) whether technical capacity is made available to the Contractor by other entities orprofessional or their financial or economic situation, allow the Contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and examine whether there are any grounds for exclusion referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 22 of the Act (subject to Article 133 paragraph 4 of the Act) and art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 4-8 of the Act. The Awarding Entity shall request presentation in respect of these entitiesappropriate documents referred to in item 6.1.b) IDW.

1. If, for a justified reason, the Contractor can not submit documents required by the Awarding Entity in point III.1.3 subsection 2 of the notice, the Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to submit other relevant documents to confirm that the conditions for participation in the procedure set out in point III 1.3 1.1 of the notice have been met. The subject will answer(iii) point III.1.3): The Contractor may, in order to confirm compliance with the conditions of participation in the procedure, in relevant situations and with reference to the order or parts thereof, rely on the technical or professional capacity or financial or economic situation of other entities, regardless of the legal nature its legal relations with him, on the principles set out inIDW (point 6.5 of the IDW, including the obligation to submit the documents indicated therein).

3. If the Contractor has his registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, he shall submit an appropriate document or documents in accordance with the principles set out in item 6.6. IDW.

4. The offer binding period: 90 days.

5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the order referred to in art. 134 sec. 6 point 3 of the Act

6. The offer shouldbe prepared in Polish. Documents in a foreign language should be submitted along with a translation into Polish.

7. The offer, along with the required documents, should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the principles set out in the announcement, IDW and applicable laws, including the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26 July 2016. on the type of documents that the Awarding Entity may require from the Contractorsin the proceedings for the order and Pzp. 8. Required time of order completion: 56 weeks counting from the date of transferring the Robot Site. Handover of the Robot Contractor shall take place within 14 calendar days counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement and shall be confirmed by the signing of the "Protocol of transferring the robot site / introducing construction and assembly works to the site".

9.the order is part of a larger order given in parts. Each part is the subject of a separate proceeding as part of the order awarded in parts (Article 32 paragraph 4 of the Act). The estimated value of the part does not exceed the amount specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 11 para. 8 of the Act. The estimated value of the whole order exceeds the amount specified in the regulations issued on pleave article 11 para. 8 of the Act
