NThe present tender concerns the conclusion of framework agreements on craftsman services in connection with operations and minor maintenance tasks performed by artisans at Hospital Unit Middle

Main Site: Regional Hospital Viborg and Regional Hospital Skive

Hospital Unit Mid`s buildings require ongoing maintenance and cleaning. The ordinary maintenance tasks are largely handled by the individual staffSpital`s own employees, while the remaining tasks will primarily be carried out by artisans on the agreement.

The following description is to be considered as an indicative description of the tasks that can be expected to be solved under the sub-agreement:

• Low-flow work

• Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of existing electrical installations

• Repair of outdoor lighting

• Moving of electrical installations

• Establishmentlearning of new installations

• Various switchboard repairs

• Repair and replacement of luminaires

When the contractor assigns specific tasks to the sub-agreements during the Framework Agreement period, this will be done according to one of the following 2 methods:

1. Direct allocation: Tasks with a scope of less than 37 working hours are awarded by direct allocation to the supplier who, at the initial tender, forms the basis for tenPart of the Framework Agreements has offered the lowest overall evaluation price. The contractor`s assessment of the projected hourly number of hours is made by the Contracting Authority on the basis of his / her qualified assessment of the following partial prices (wages)

a. For tasks that per sub-contract, according to the contractor`s qualified assessment, which is hourly below 37 working hours, a direct assignment of the assignment will be made tin the company with the lowest overall evaluation price. If, for reasons of capacity, this undertaking is unable to perform the task within a time frame defined by the Contracting Authority, the undertaking with the lowest overall evaluation price will be awarded the task and so on.

B. In the case of direct allocations, the Supplier must submit a bid for the total working hours consumption before the assignmentcan be started. The total estimated job price (working hours) must be less than 37 working hours. Mini-tenders: Tasks with a scope of more than 37 working hours will be awarded according to mini-tenders among the Suppliers of the sub-contract. The contractor`s assessment of the projected hourly number of hours is made by the Contracting Authority on the basis of his / her qualified assessment of the following partial prices (wages)

a. For upaver pr. sub-contract, according to the Contracting Authority`s qualified assessment is at or above 37 working hours, a mini-tender (renewed competition) will be implemented

b. The individual task will then be awarded to the Supplier, who in the mini-tender delivers the total lowest task price for the task, excl. materials and equipment (ie pure hourly wages)

c. In a mini-tender, the supplier`s codirect fixed task prices will be considered binding throughout the performance of the assigned task.

d. If the Supplier makes reservations about the mini-tender terms in its offer, the Contracting Authority has the right to disregard the offer or, alternatively, to seek the reservation priced, to the extent deemed possible. If a reservation of economic value cannot be priced, the Contractor is obliged to seeaway from the offer.

e. Mini-tenders will be carried out in accordance with a fully documented procedure in accordance with Notice No 1572 of 30/11/2016 on electronic communications in tenders. must be disclosed. Applicant can use Bilag 1 Aid declaration and / or Annex 2 - Consortium declaration, but may also use its own annex to the extent that it confirms the above.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request Applicantsto demonstrate that the participation of the same legal entity in multiple applications does not lead to the possibility of mutually affecting the content of the various Tenderers` offerings, including the failure to follow practices which could jeopardize transparency and distort competition between tenderers. If this is not proven, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reject such Applicants.
