Provide the application letter (form DC1) duly completed and signed attesting that the candidate does not enter any of the mentioned cases of the Directive 2014/24 / EU and Articles R. 2143-3 / R. 2142- (1 to 3) and that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligations.

Provide the candidate`s declaration (formDC2) or equivalent duly completed. In the event of a grouping, each member must provide the DC2.

Provide a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership.

If the signatory is not the legal representative of the company, provide a document establishing the empowerment of the signatory to engage the company.

The information and documents that may be requested fromcandidates to justify their financial and economic capacities are listed in the decree of 29.3.2016. It can be:

- declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, if applicable, the turnover of the field of activity being the subject of the public contract, relating to the maximum for the last 3 financial years available depending on the creation date of the entrytaking or of the beginning of activity of the economic operator,

- appropriate declarations of banks or, if necessary, proof of an insurance of the relevant professional risks.

However if for a justified reason the economic operator is not able to produce the information and documents requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by anyOther means considered appropriate by the buyer.

The monetary unit is the EUR.

The visit is compulsory. It will take place no later than 17.2.2020 at 15:00. Applicants will have to transend their possible requests for additional information no later than 18.2.2020 at 16:00. A response will be provided to them no later than 19.2.2020 at 16:00.

before 25.2.2020 at 12: 00. The criteria for judging tenders are:

—— taking charge of sustainable development (1 point),

The offers will object of ascoring based on each of these criteria. This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of article R. 2162- (1 to 14) of the public procurement code. The holder commits to a maximum amount of EUR 800, 000 excluding tax over the total duration of the contract.
