Window cleaning (Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Copenhagen)

The offering includes window cleaning in buildings at the University of Copenhagen at the Faculty of Health Sciences (SUND). The buildings are located on the lower campus and the Frederiksberg Campus respectively. The Panum complex, Maersk Tarnet, Teilum Building, University Park 2-4 and dor by Frederiksberg Campus and Medical Museion and constitutes approx. 300, 000 floor meters (estimated and subject to reservation). See point II.1.4) Short description. - 13Paragraphs 5 and 136 will be excluded from the tender unless section 138 of the Public Procurement Act applies. However, it should be noted that a tenderer who has unpaid debt due to public authorities regarding taxes, duties or social security contributions will only be excluded on this basis. if this debt is DKK 100, 000 or more.voluntary exclusion grounds from section 137 of the Public Procurement Act will be excluded from the tender unless section 138 of the Public Procurement Act applies:

- The tenderer has failed to comply with applicable obligations within the environmental, social or labor law area, cf. 1, no. 1,

- Tenderer is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation treatment or the like, cf.section 137 (1) of the Act. 1, no. 2.

The tenderer must therefore declare that the tenderer is not in one of the grounds for exclusion under the above. The declaration is made by completing the ESPD, Part III, paragraphs A, B and C.

The following documentation for not being covered by the grounds of exclusion is submitted when the contracting authority so requests, cf.or equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority showing that the tenderer is not covered by the exclusionary grounds; public authorities regarding taxes, duties or social security contributions in themcomply with Danish legislation or legislation in the country where the tenderer is established, cf. 2.

As far as Danish tenderers are concerned, the proof can be the best in a service certificate. Service certificates are issued by the Danish Business Authority.

If the tenderer is not from Denmark, and the tenderer`s home country does not issue certificates or documents or these do not cover all of the items in - 135, - 136 and -137, they may be replaced by a statement under oath. If no oath is used in that country, instead, a declaration can be used in faith and in accordance with section 153 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 2.
