Maintenance of the glazing of the premises of ARTE GEIE.
ARTE is a European cultural television channel. It is available in French and German on DTT, cable, satellite, XDSL television and Internet. The contract is for the maintenance of the glazing of the premises of the head office of ARTE GEIE.
Main Site: ARTE GEIE
The service concerns thein the glassworks of the head office located in Strasbourg, an annex building located next to the main building (denomme) as well as the rescue site located in Kehl (Germany). The main building is entirely glass (atrium, glass partitions of the offices, facade and outer glass). Dimensions of the main building: height 17 m; length 100 m; width 50 m. A nacelle regulation will be nto provide these services
The applicant will provide the following documents:
1) a letter of application bearing a handwritten signature (the form made available by ARTE GEIE may be used for this purpose),
2) a statement by the applicant ( the form made available by ARTE GEIE can be used for this purpose), accompanied by the following documents:
- an extract from the register of theommerce and companies (date less than 1 year),
- if the candidate is in receivership, a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose.
1) The certificates of insurance guaranteeing the professional civil responsibility and the responsibility the applicant's operating income.
(2) The statement of the turnover excluding taxes for the last 3 years available and the share of the turnover.business concerning the services subject of the market.
The notification of the market will intervene anticipatively in February 2018. The market will come into effect on March 1, 2018.
