The contracting entity today has a Layer 2 network that connects over 100 institutions with central system and network resources in the Child and Youth Administration. The connections are all fiber-based EVPN with 1Gbit bandwidth and terminated in a switch, which is also LAN switch. Centrally, 2 x 10Gbit EVPN (QinQ Access) terminated with approx. 50 locations on each, as well as a dedicated 10Gbit Internet connection with redundancy. All WAN networking equipment (switches, routers and firewalls) is owned by Paidagogic IT (PIT), which is the Ordregiver's internal IT function. This offer includes delivery and distribution of data communications services and associated servicesr. The solution is to be delivered as a Layer 2 solution, as this solution only allows the Contractor to continue the operation of the existing network with the same staffing and resource utilization while maintaining the current flexibility that governs the operation of the schools.

The network solution is designed to support the dynamic and flexibility that is a prerequisite for the administrative and pedagogical professional application of the network in the institutions. PIT's handling of over 100 institutions includes all WAN / LAN network components (switches and routers) as well as all wifi installations. Total serv7, 000 pieces of network equipment and more than 35, 000 students and employees are directly linked to the PIT on Layer 2 solution. The solution is to be delivered as a Layer 2 solution, as this solution only allows the Contractor to continue the operation of the current network with the same staffing and resource utilization while at the same time the current flexibility that determines the operation of the schools opretholdes. PIT expects to spend about 100 new locations during the term of the contract.

The contracting entity has considered whether it is sensible to divide the contract in subcontracts, but has considered that this is not appropriate. The conclusion is based on an assessment that a breakdown will entail risky interfaces between different suppliers, as well as by OrdregiFresh perception is significant potential economies of scale in connection with the assignment as a whole.

Applicants who are in a compulsory exclusion basis, cf. section 135-136 of the Public Procurement Act, will be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the contract offered unless the applicant submits documentation to be palatable, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.persons who are in one of the voluntary grounds for exclusion referred to in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. (1) - (6) shall be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the contract awarded unless the applicant submits documentation to be palatable, cf.
