The subject of the order is the purchase and storage of food wheat (wheat groats of food), year of production 2018, resp. 2019 in the required estimated quantity of 8 680 tonnes.

The subject of the purchase is the purchase and storage of food wheat (grain of wheat food), the year of the year 2018, respectively. 2019, a minimum grade A standard, in the required estimated quantity of 8 680 tonnes. The subject matter of the order or the supply-related services, which means packing and transport to the destination. The object of the whole range is described to be exact and zroclearly specified. Where the parameters of a parameter used or the breakdown of parameters identify the specific type of product or the manufacture of the particular manufacturer, the contracting authority shall be able to replace such a product with the equivalent product or equivalent of the technical solution, provided that the equivalent product or equivalent technical solution satisfies the performance, characteristics which are indispensable to ensure the intended purpose of the technology and equipment in question. In the case of products, accessories belonging to a particular brand, the applicant may also submit equivalents of another brand of the same or higher quality. The Applicant must meet the conditions of the part mentioned in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 or par. 5of the Public Procurement Act.
