Rental, maintenance and tele-surveying of cold water meters and sanitary hot water from Montrouge Habitat

The purpose of this contract is to deposit the 3, 500 meters (approximately) hot and cold sanitary water Montrouge Habitat`s heritage, supply, installation and rental of new meters, their maintenance as well as the tele-rel-ve consumptionns and their follow up on an internet portal. Forecast period for installation and removal of meters: from 1 January to 30.6.2020. Montrouge Habitat has 27 residential groups with approximately 2, 500 housing units. The present contract is passed after declaration without continuation of a preceding procedure for reasons of general interest.

The subject of this contract is the filingthe 3, 500 meters (approximately) of cold and hot sanitary water Montrouge Habitat`s heritage, the supply, installation and rental of new meters, their maintenance as well as tele-releve consumption and their monitoring on an Internet portal.

Justifications to be produced concerning the qualities and capacities of the candidate:

- letter dNomination (1),

- Declaration by the candidate (1)

In order to shorten the time limits as much as possible, candidates are invited to attach their declaration relating to the fight against hidden work (DC6) and their social certificates and tax (1).

- pieces valid during the current year. The buyer accepts that the candidate submits his candidacy in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME) established in accordance with the model set by the implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of the European Commission of 5.1.2016 establishing the standard form for the single European market document, instead offorms DC1 and DC2 mentioned. This document must be drawn up in French, - statement concerning the overall turnover of candidates and turnover in respect of the services to which reference is made in this market, made during the last 3 years, - proof of a insurance for occupational risks: insurance in process of validity in adequacy with thestations to be implemented in the framework of this market (type of guarantee, nature of the risks covered, period of validity), professional references and technical capabilities: proof of the applicant`s qualification may be provided by any means, in particular by certificates of professional competence or references of less than 3 years attesting to the competence of the candidate toto provide the type of service for which he is applying,

- human resources: the candidate will draw up a declaration on the overall composition of the staff and the number of management staff,

- technical means: declaration indicating the tools, the equipment and the technical equipment as well as the human resources available to the candidate for the performance of marches of the same nature,

- ficof information annexed to the regulation of the consultation, complete.

To justify the professional, technical and financial capacities of other economic operators on which it relies to present his candidacy (subcontractor), the candidate produces the same documents concerning economic operator than those required of him by the contracting authority. Any piece mApplicant or candidate may be solicited by email and must be provided within 3 days.

Selection Criteria: Nominations will be selected on the basis of professional, technical, economic and financial capabilities. : the contract may be awarded to an isolated firm or a consortiumFinancing and payment methods: finance on own funds.

Payment period: 30 days by administrative mandate.

Deposits and guarantees required: lump sum: application of Articles R.2191-3 and R.21991-7 code of the public order.
