This CSCT is given as a the number of filtration systems and the technology may be specified later.

This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present,
- the candidate must submit an extract from the registersuch as a K-bis extract, or, failing that, an equivalent document, identifying the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate accepts the application of the administrative and technical contractual parts used by EDF for its markets, notably the following documents:
- General Conditions of Purchase (CGA),
- standards on quality systems: NF EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), andEDF complements (SGAQ, NTAQ 07-0403, NT 85/114, ...),
- specifications of EDF (CSCT or CCTP, CST, CRT, CCTG, ...).
The candidate accepts the free consultation of its documents allowing to check the validity of the answers and arguments which it brought.
The candidate must submit all the documents constituting the file of candidature to the present opinion in electronic form (imperativein the EDF purchasing portal), sent to the correspondent specified in paragraph I.1).
The application files of the companies concerned will have to be downloaded on the platform of electronic purchases of electricity of France through the request for information n RFx_064123 (visible supplier's rating in the tab named, then to be a candidate, the supplier must click). The candidat has to download the application files of the interested companies in electronic form (imperatively in EDF's purchasing portal).
The interested company wishing to apply and not registered with the EDF purchasing portal, will have to register.
EDF reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.
