Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Filota.

The subject of the auction includes:

Main Site: Municipality of Amyntaio - Municipality of Filota.

The subject of the auction includes:

- preparation of the final design, the implementation study, and any additional study and research,

- the construction of the civil worksengineering,

- supply and installation of all electrical and mechanical equipment,

- commissioning and completion tests,

- trial run of the project by the contractor, for a period of twelve (12) months,

- maintenance - repairs to the installation by the contractor, for a period of twelve (12) months after the completion of the test operationUntil the project is finally received.

List and short description of the terms

Natural or legal persons or their associations active in projects:, with a budget of EUR 972 969, 00 OE, and unforeseen)., with a budget of EUR 858 709.60 (operating expenditure, GS and UN, and contingencies), and with a budget of EUR 368 018.40 (operating expenditure), GE and unforeseen), and established:

a) in a Member State of the Union.

b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA).

c) in third parties countries that have signed and ratified the SDS, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on the Union Appendix I to those Agreementsand (d) third countries which do not fall under subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures. Associations of economic operators shall participate under the terms of Article 19 (2), (3) and (4) and (1) (e) and (3) (b).Section 76 of Law 4412/2016.

These associations are not required to submit a specific legal form for the submission of a tender. If the association becomes a contractor, its legal form must be such as to ensure that there is a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).For this reason, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of establishment. Particularly bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Contracting Companies Register (MEEP) in the project category (s) of Article 21 of the Analytical Declaration. Bidders established in MrMember State of the European Union is required to be listed in the Registers of Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016. 3669/2008, as amended and in force today.

Especially contracting companies registered in the EUP., should not exceed the maximum permissible amount of the outstanding balance of the contract, in accordance with the specific provisions of article 20 par. 4 of Law 3669/2008, as applicable. according to Law 4412/16:, the other Greek public works legislation and the terms of the proclamation.
