Expansion of Wastewater Treatment Plant (EEL) Patras. abstractions in the construction of foundations and superstructure of buildings and tanks with the necessary seals, in the construction of pipes and wells, in infrastructure works, in all equipment and installations of initial lifting, pretreatment, primary sedimentation, biological grade, sludge treatment, building installations, electrical, automation, deodorization.

Main Site: Municipality, in the area of Kokkinos Mylos, within the site of the existing Limatos Processing Plantn part of what is intended for the expansion of the Installations.

Expansion of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant, which relates to site shaping and site improvement works, soil purification projects, excavation and retention of the required pumps, and the construction of pumps required; of buildings and tanks with the necessary seals, in the construction of pipes and fretsinfrastructure, all the equipment and installations of initial lifting, pretreatment, primary sedimentation, biological grade, sludge treatment, building installations, electrical, automation, deodorization.

- connection of new installations to existing ones operating set, with the necessary interventions for this,

- trial run ofnew installations, for a period of six (6) months after the completion of the construction of the project.

1) The following are eligible to participate: Natural or legal persons or their associations active in the objects of:

i) hydraulic works and

ii) H / M projects and

iii) water, liquid, solid and gaseous waste treatment projects

and located in:

a) in a Member State of the Union

b)state - member of the European Economic Area (EEA)

c) in third countries, which have signed and ratified the GPA, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on Appendix I to the said Agreement, and

(d) to third countries which do not fall under subparagraph (c) of this paragraph andconcludes bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures. of Article 254, and paragraphs 1 (e) and 3 (b) of Article 76 of Law 4412/2016.a legal form for the submission of tenders. If the association becomes a contractor, its legal form must be such as to ensure that there is a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).

Economic operators - individual candidates or associations thereof - must have at least:

1) the requirements for the category of hydraulic worksreferred to in paragraph 6.b), c) of article 100 of law 3669/2008 and paragraph 2.d) i. Article 99 of Law 3669/2008, as amended by paragraph 4 of Article 107 of Law 4199/2013.

2) For the category of electromechanical works, the conditions referred to in paragraph 8.b) ), d) Article 100 of Law 3669/2008 and par. 2.d) ii. of article 99 of Law 3669/2008, as amended by para4 of article 107 of Law 4199 / 2013.

3) for the category of water, liquid, solid and gaseous wastewater treatment and treatment projects, the conditions referred to in paragraph 6.b), c) of article 100 of Law 3669/2008 and par. 2.d) i. article 99 of Law 3669/2008, as amended by para. 4 of article 107 of law 4199 / 2013.

For associations of economic operators, it is noted that 1At least one of the members of the association shall have at least the requirements of paragraph 3 above for the category of water, liquid, solid and gaseous purification and treatment projects.

Especially contractors registered in the EU OP, should not exceed the maximum permissible backlog, in accordance withwith the specific provisions of Article 20 (4) of Law 3669/2008, as in force. on the electronic system (ESSIDIS - Portal www.promitheus.gov.gr), following the registration processArticle 5 (1.2) to 1.4 of the Joint Ministerial Decision, no. 117384 / 26.10.2017 (3821 B`). Foreign economic operators are not required to sign this document using an advanced electronic signature, but may authenticate it in any other appropriate way, provided that the use of advanced digital signatures is not required in their country of origin.tactics in procurement procedures. (c) if, for reasons of force majeure or for technical reasons, the opening is not carried out on the day set or if no tender has been submitted by that date, the opening and closing date, respectively, shall be postponed to any other day by decision of the contracting authority.
