The subject of the order is a Smart Waste System consisting of Smart Waste Bins connected by a system allowing them to be centrally remote control. Smart Waste System will serve for collection, sorting and pressing of waste (linkedcollection and separation of waste) as well as providing information via software and screens. The subject matter of the contract is specified in Part B. Description of the subject matter of the tender documents

1. The subject of the order is Smart (waste) system consisting of Smart waste binsinterconnected systems enabling their central remote control. The Smart Waste System will serve for the collection, sorting and pressing of waste (by combining collection and separation of waste) as well as for providing information through software and screens. Fulfillment of the conditions of participation can be demonstrated by UnitEuropean document (hereinafter referred to as "JED") within the meaning of - 39 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Certain Outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "PPA"); 1 ZVO at the time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. Only t can participate in this tenderen, who fulfills the conditions for participation in personal status defined in the provision of - 32 para. 1 ZVO.

3. Means of proving the fulfillment of conditions according to - 32 para. 1 of the Act:

The candidate or candidate shall prove their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, Art. 152 para. 1 (entry in the list of economic operators) or - 152 para. 3 of the Act, except for documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2 pism. (e) the PPAs by which the tenderer:because the bidder does not have to submit, as the contracting authority is entitled to use data from the public administration information system pursuant to a special regulation (Conclusion No. 177/2018 Coll. on some measures to reduce administrative burdens by using in the case of conditions of participation pursuant to - 32 (2)font. e) of the GPA The above rule applies to economic entities (applicants or candidates) listed exhaustively in - 2 para. 2 Act No. 272/2015 Coll. on the Register of Legal Persons, Entrepreneurs and Public Organs and on the amendment of certain conclusions. In all other cases, the tenderer or candidate is still required to produce a document proving that the condition of participation in question has been met.the appearance of a personal status (eg an extract from the commercial or trade register). If the applicant or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statute of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in - 32 para. 2 of the Act or does not issue even equivalent documents, they may be replaced by an affidavitaccording to the regulations in force in the state of its registered office, place of business or usual residence. If the law of the applicant or candidate with seat, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not regulated by the Declaration of Honor, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or commercial institution according toApplicants in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence of the applicant or candidate. Fulfillment of the conditions of participation concerning economic and financial status can be proved by JED within the meaning of - 39 of the Act.the applicant according to - 55 par. 1 ZVO at the time and in the manner designated by the contracting authority. The contracting authority limits, in connection with JED, the information required to the Conditions of Participation (relating to Part IV: Conditions of Participation Sections A to D) to 1 question, with a yes or no answer (Global Data for All Conditions of Participation), i. whether economic operators meet all the required conditions of participationeconomic and financial position. Only those who meet the requirements set out below to prove their financial and economic standing may participate in this tender. In order to prove that the above conditions have been met, the tenderer shall submit the following documents in the tender (may also be replaced by JED):

2.1. 1 pism. (d) GPA: Overview of total turnover forthe last 3 marketing years for which they are available, depending on the commencement or commencement of the operation. The contracting authority will communicate with the tenderers, resp. interested parties, proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Act on Electronic Commerce via eZakazky on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. This method of communication refers to any communication and submission between the contracting authority and the tenderermi, respectively. interested parties, throughout the procurement process. Communication will be in Slovak language. Further information concerning the manner of communication is given in the documents for entry. The requirements stipulating the procedure for submitting tenders and their content are set out in Part A. Instructions for tenderers. The contracting authority requires a security deposit to secure the tender29 000, -EUR. Details of the security shall be given at least in points 8.6 and 16 of Part A. Inspection of the place of delivery of the subject of the contract is not necessary. Contracting authority within the meaning of Article 40 (6) (c). (g) the GPA shall exclude the tenderer or candidate if, on the basis of reliable information, he suspects that the tenderer or candidate has concluded in the public tender in questionbathing with another economic operator to distort competition. The contracting authority shall not conclude a contract with a tenderer who is obliged to register in the public sector partner register and is not registered in the public sector partner register or whose subcontractors or subcontractors under a special regulation are obliged to register in the public partner register.and not registered in the public sector partner register. The contracting authority states at this point that, in order to determine the estimated value of the contract, it carried out a market survey within which it called on selected economic operators to award the subject of the contract immediately prior to the tendering procedure. In this contract, the contracting authority has set a deadline forappropriate to ensure that the principles of public procurement and sound economic competition are respected. The public procurement in question is not, in view of the conditions of participation, the technical specifications, the criteria for the evaluation of the tenders or the conditions for the performance of the contract, the green procurement or the innovation procurement, nor is it focused on social aspects.
