EU offering of carpet service to Ballerup Municipality

Rental, laying, washing and changing of carpet mats at Ballerup Municipality`s premises.

Ballerup Municipality is an independent municipal authority. and therefore offers and enters into the Agreement on its own behalf.

Ballerup Municipality provides mat service on periodic delivery of clean matsin 157 different locations such as primary schools, special schools, BFOs (school leisure schemes), daycare centers, special institutions, residences, administration buildings, libraries, cultural houses, sports and swimming halls, care centers and the like. In a number of cases, there are 2 or more locations that are physically connected or marked at the same address.Mandatory exclusion grounds, cf. Sections 135-136 of the Tendering Act, will be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the contract tendered, unless the tenderer provides sufficient evidence that the tenderer is self-cleaning, cf.

Similarly, bidders covered by the voluntary exclusion grounds mentioned in the Tender Laws - 137 (2). Paragraph 1 (3) will be excluded from participation and will not be considered for the contract tendered unless the tenderer provides sufficient evidence that the tenderer is reliable, cf. section 138 of the Tendering Act. be subject to the following exclusion grounds from section 137 (1) of the Offering Act. 1 No. 3):
