The consultation is launched in the form of a telephone call 'offers open. The market is divided into 2 lots. The contract is concluded by means of a framework agreement laying down all the contractual stipulations (executed by means oforder) and unit prices with only one attribute per lot. Candidates can bid on all lots. There is no provision for slicing.
The purpose of lot n1 is to clean professional clothing (representation suits, shirts, coats) and other textile accessories (ties, scarves, standard household linen, etc.), through the use of accredited cardsautomatic recharging machines for use in laundry establishments affiliated with the network proposed by the holder. The minimum amount (annual) of the market is 10 000 EUR HT. The maximum amount (annual) of the contract is 65 500 EUR (HT).

- the density of the laundry network and laundries affiliated to the applicant and presented on the territory of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region (20%),
- the quality of the ergonomics and functionality of the computerized tool of the candidate permanaging and monitoring services (10%),
- the relevance of the sustainable development policy put in place by the applicant and in particular the verification that it operates to control the respect of the laws and regulations in the matter by the Pressings and laundries affiliated to its network (10%),
lot 2:
- number and quality of material and human resources deployed to ensure(10%), - quality of the methodology used to guarantee the quality control of the performance of services (20%), - quality of the measures planned to guarantee services that respect the environment (10%) .
