The subject of the order is the provision of services in our______________________________________________________________________________

The subject of the order is the provision of services in the following specification:

- washing, disinfection, bleaching, ironing, folding, bed linen, workwear, other linen and workwear for employees, provision of white goodsother services,

- washing, resp. chemical cleaning and disinfection of mattresses, packing and securing records of mattresses in the associated services.

There is a total of 478, 500 kg and 1 500 kg of mattress for 1 year. It is required to meet the conditions for the person's personal status under Section 32 1 Act no. 343/2015Z.z. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Vocational Training"), in compliance with the provisions of the VO. In the case of proof of fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status, documents must be furnished with original or certified copies of all documents (unless otherwise stated). If the document or document is drawn up inforeign language, it is presented with its official translation into a standard language. This does not apply to offers, designs, documents and documents in Czech. If there is a difference in their content, the referee is a tradable translation into a standard language. In the case of a tenderer forming a group of suppliers involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the terms of the contractpersonal status for each member of the group separately. The correction to provide the service is demonstrated by a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the order that I can provide.
