Incthe implementation of a 24-month framework agreement for the supply of materials necessary for the maintenance of the electrical installations in the 734 Bucharest barracks, according to the specifications and of the section II.2 - List of lots - Main Site: At the headquarters of the contracting authority - ST switch: min. following contract: 20 pieces / quantity max. subsequent contract: 50 pieces,

- min. frame agreement: 100 pieces/ max. framework agreement: 600 pieces.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 59-60 of Law 98/2016. The declaration will be presented by all economic operators along with the submission of the DUAE.

The following documents will be submitted with the DUAE: the firm's firm commitment of the third party, it will materialize its support, subcontracting agreement and / or association agreement, as appropriate.

The failure to submit them together with the DUAE is the basis for requesting clarification of any inaccurate form of information contained in the DUAE sections of both the bidder / both the candidate and the subcontractor / third party supporter, this being necessary pin order to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art.164, 165, 167 of the Law no.98 / 2016 with the subsequent modifications and completions. the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the procedureawarding the information related to their situation under the sanction of exclusion of the offer as unacceptable according to art. 137 (2) (b) of the H.G. 395/2016 with the subsequent amendments and completions

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presented at the request of the contracting authority only by the bidder ranked first-in the mid-term ranking of the bid evaluation.

These are:

1. certificates of absence of overdue debts in respect of the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general budget

Consolidated (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation; the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management body, dis the management or supervision of the respective economic operator, or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par.
