Supply of camcorders, lenses, tripods and recorders.

Reference Number: ZP / TITT / 115/2019

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of camcorders, lenses, tripods and recorders. The subject of the order is the delivery of camcorders and camera tripods. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1.1 to the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 toTerms of Reference.

1. In progress. Participants who are not subject to exclusion from progress may participate. based on Art. 24 paragraph 1 of the PPL Act.

2. According to art. 8 clause 2a of the Public Procurement Law, Zam. informs that all information which Zam. covered the confidentiality clause and information closely related to it (e.g. explanation of the ToR content regarding confidential information).

3. In the event that in the course of the order. will provide confidential information or information closely related to confidential information, in order to maintain their confidentiality they will be forwarded. Graph in 1 of the following ways chosen by the Order:

3.1. in person at the headquarters of Zam. after prior appointment by specific place, date and time of pickup;

3.2. by a messenger to the address indicated by Wyk;

3.3. via the platform.

4. According to art. 10a paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, subject to the exceptions referred to in this ToR, communication between the Ordering Party. and it is done in electronic form, via the shopping platform at: https://tvp.eb2b.com.pl/:

4.5. the "Attachments" tab is also used to submit offers and documents or statements of submissiontogether with the offer.

5. The offer is a declaration of intent and performance expressed in the offer form consistent with the content in Annex 1.1 1.4 to the ToR:

5.1. dock. or statements made together with the offer point 10.2 Terms of Reference:

5.1.1. dock. confirming the right to sign the offer and to or confirmation of compliance with the original of submitted statements or doc. If separate provisions require an entry injestru or doc. an appropriate excerpt from the relevant register or from the central records and information on business activities or doc., on the basis of which an entry is made in the relevant register or records, e.g. resolution of the competent authority. Copy;

5.1.2. power of attorney if the offer or annexed to it or doc. the proxy is signing together with doc. confirming due contractrating persons signing the power of attorney to grant it;

5.1.3. in the event of paying the bid bond in one of the forms listed in 8.5.2 8.5.5 of the ToR, doc. confirming payment of the bid bond;

5.1.4. EAT (consistent in the content of Annex No. 2 to the ToR), current as at the date of submission of tenders. EAT is submitted by each of the jointly applying for the order; and entities to which resources are cited. Graph

5.2. Dock. or obenefits confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion. Wyk. from participation in the procedure, point 10.3 of the ToR:

5.2.1. a declaration of belonging or not belonging to Wyk is required to submit without request within 3 days from the day of posting on the platform in the "Attachments" tab the information referred to in Article 86 (5) of the Public Procurement Law;

5.2.2. doc. or declarations specified in point 10.3.2 10.3.5 and execand from the devices from item 10.4.1., Execution of which the offer was highest rated, will be called to submit within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days.

6. Requirements regarding the form of submitting documents. specified in the Terms of Reference.

7. According to art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law Act, it will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Auction whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not excluded.

8. WITHAstra. up to the minimum period in which Wyk. will be bound by the offer, specified in section IV.2.6 of the announcement. Wyk. remains bound by the submitted offer for a period of 60 days. The offer validity period begins with the submission deadline.

9. All other information, which was not included in the announcement due to the limited number of characters in the announcement form, is contained in the Terms of Reference.
