Brain tissue sampling is carried out on bovine animals over 24 or 48 months old (depending on their country of origin) and on goats andsheep over 18 months old; (ii) dead carcasses of animals of the bovine, ovine and caprine species which are found dead on or off livestock holdings; (b) the collection, management and / or incineration national and Community legislation in force), namely: carcases of all kinds and all ages of the animalsare found dead, along the national road network or on public or municipal land. It is noted that no predominantly dead animals or dead animals are housed or housed in municipal or private animal shelters, in zoos or in general, in any type of habitat or habitat (including their uninhabited areas) and generally in private premises. Phioperators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial activity relevant to the subject matter of the services to be provided.
