Information concerning the legal status of the warehouseas provided for in Article 48 I 1►7 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts:

The regulation of the tender phase consultation will be sent to the candidates invited to submit an offer, - the present M4 market is part of four separate markets, relating to the implementation of the Frejus Tunnel tube equipment under construction. The market M4 corresponds to an allotment of the construction market of these equipments.-On the other hand, the SFTRF decided not to re-allot this market M4, in order not to make the execution of this one technically difficult especially in view of the obvious difficulties of coordination of the batches already constituted,
- the Contracting authority n ' not accept the transmission of files electronically,
- the attention of candidates is drawn to the fact that the companies in charge-to submit the folds do not always manage to respect their delivery times, and this in spite of possible commitments on their part. It is further specified that such commitments are not enforceable against the SFTRF,
