Staatsbosbeheer wishes to conclude a service agreement with 1 contractor for the implementation of fleet management.
The scope of the Assignment (license costs management system, subscription costs black boxes and costs operational management) is estimated at around EUR 100, 000 - EUR 175, 000 excluding VAT per year. The one-off implementation costs are estimated at approximately EUR 10, 000 excluding VAT. The stated size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way.
Information meeting:
The Contracting Authority wishes to optimally inform Candidates. An information meeting is therefore underpart of this procedure. The procedural and substantive aspects of the tender will be explained during this meeting.
The meeting will take place at the time specified in the schedule and will last approximately 1.5 hours. Candidates are welcome at the following address: Smallepad 5, 3811 MG Amersfoort.
