Car fleet management services, consisting of intand the following services:

Sectoral service contract, according to the provisions of art. 3 par. (1) point 14 lit. n) of Law no. 99/2016 on sector acquisitions for: "Fleet management services."

Service quantities were estimated based on the number of vehicles owned by the contracting entity and the monthly turnoverestimated and presented in Annex 8.a, to the specification

Value estimated without VAT: EUR 1 941 526, 11. 1: Bidders, associates, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law 99/2016 on sector acquisitions. Mode of accomplishment: The AUC will be presented by the participating economic operatorsand to the award procedure, according to art. 202 par. (1) of Law 99/2016, bidders / associates / third-party supporters / subcontractors, each filling a separate DUAE for their situation.

The supporting documents will be submitted at the request of the contracting entity, only by the bidder ranked first, after application of the award criterion, according to art. 205 para. (2) of the Act-no. 99/2016. The supporting documents can be:

1) certificates of absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.). They will be presented only for the social offices for which payment obligations exist. These documents must show that the tenderer has no outstanding debts at-(2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within the latter, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, valid at the moment of their presentation; 3)as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2), art. 184 of the Sectoral Purchasing Act 99/2016.

Foreign natural / legal persons wishing to participate in the procedure will present any editorial documents issued by the competent authorities of the country in which they are-residents, to prove the fulfillment of the requirement. 2: The bidders, associates, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 72, 73 of Law 99/2016. In the sense of the provisions of art. 76 par. (1) of Law 99/2016, the decision-makers within the contracting entity involved in the award procedure are: - - DirectoGeneral - Federico Panone,

- Acquisitions Director - Lucia Di Marco,

- Acquisitions Manager - Andreea Lazaroiu.

Mode of accomplishment: To be presented by the economic operators participating in the award procedure according to art. 202 par. (1) of Law 99/2016, bidders / associates / third-party supporters / subcontractors, each completing a separate DUAE for their situation, and-the declaration regarding non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 72, 73 of the Law no. 99/2016, (Form F7), which will be filed with the DUAE.

Requirement 3: Economic operators must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, from which the economic operator is legally constituted, as he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution, prand that it has the capacity to carry out the activities covered by the framework agreement. Mode of accomplishment: The economic operators participating in the awarding procedure, (tenderers / associates / third supporters / subcontractors) will be presented by the economic operators under Art. 202 par. (1) of Law 99/2016, by completing the sections related to the requirements requested above. documents-the supporting documents shall be submitted at the request of the contracting entity, only by the tenderer ranked first, after applying the award criterion, according to art. 205 para. (2) of the Law no. 99/2016. The supporting document is the certificate of authentication (original, legalized copy, legible copy with the mention "according to the original" or electronic form) issued by the National Office of Kingsthe average of the turnover for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) must be at least: 1 941 526, 11 EUR.

For viewing the documentationof the award, the economic operators must have installed a program to view the electronically signed files, this program being available on the websites of the electronic signature providers.

Any request for clarification to the awarding documentation will be submitted online in SICAP. Answers to possible clarification requests in the papersThe contracting entity has the right to exclude from the award procedure any bidder who has not or has not fulfilled its contractual obligations to ENEL, for reasons attributable to the bidder in cause, which has produced or is likely to cause serious harm to its beneficiaries(The Law 99/2016, article 180 letter g))
