All the specifications regarding the technical specifications and quantities are availableI'm in the specifications. The offer is submitted for the entire quantity of products / each of them. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected as inconsistent with the tender specifications.

The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of modification according to art. 221 paragraph (1), (2) of Law 98 / 2016.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are metThe tenderers, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not be present in the situations provided for in art. 60, art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. Only the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed onesby completing the DUAE is to be submitted at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation. These are:

- founding certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget) vat the time of filing the document as a copy in accordance with its original or original. Non-resident economic operators (foreigners) have the right to submit any enforceable documents to demonstrate that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, duties and contributions to the state budget, in accordance with the requirements requested by the contracting authority, issued bythe competent authorities of the country of origin (such as certificates, tax records or other equivalent documents). In case of association, the documents will be presented by each individual partner. (1) of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, in order to non-incendiarythe bidder in the situation of a conflict of interest shall be communicated in the following list of the decision-makers who are related to the awarding procedure, as well as of the other persons within the contracting entity that may influence the content of the procurement documents and / or the unfolding of the award procedure as defined by Article 3, paragraph II of Law 98/2016 onpublic procurement.

PeRomanian legal / natural persons - The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a registration form according to the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution and that has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the contract

Filling DUAE, as the supporting document, respectively the ONRC certificate or the foreign tenderers, an equivalent document issued in the country of residence, shall be presented only at the request of the contracting authority when the evaluation of the tenders is finalized.
