4. Selection Criterion (Eligibility Requirements)

4.1. Ability to pursue a professional activity

Entry in a court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in the country of establishment of the economic operator.

For the purpose of establishing the circumstances referred to in point 4.1. The tenderer submits:

- the completed ESPD form (Part IV. Selection Criterion, Section A: Ability to pursue a professional activity: point 1)

The contracting authority shall, before taking a decision in the procurement procedure, from the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. request that it be delivered within a reasonable time, not less than 5 daysup-to-date supporting documents.

The ability to carry on a professional activity is demonstrated by the economic operator:

- by an extract from a court, craft, professional or other appropriate register kept in the Member State of establishment.

4.2. Technical and professional ability

List of major deliveries of goods of the same or similar subject to the tender for which the tender is submitted, made in the year in whicheven during the three years preceding that year. The list shall contain the value of the goods, the date and the name of the other contracting party.

The tenderer must prove that in the year in which the procurement procedure was initiated and during the three years preceding that year, he or she completed at least one or more contracts that sum the minimum estimated value of the groups offered.

For identifiable purposesIn the above circumstances, the tenderer submits to the tender:

- the completed ESPD form (Part IV. Selection criteria, Section C: Technical and professional competence: point 1b) technical and professional ability.
