The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a duration of 24 months. The technical characteristics remain unchanged throughout the duration of the framework agreement. Bidders will bid for all products within a batch. Minimum and maximum quantities ccan be purchased during the framework agreement are stipulated in the Tender Specifications.

Sanitary materials, according to the specification - Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subco) shall fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. 164, 165, 167 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016 entails the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure applied for awarding the public procurement contract.

The supporting documents in support of those mentioned in the DUAE must be presented only by thethe tenderer placed on the first place, after applying the award criterion (including the associated tenderer or the supporting third party, as the case may be), until the conclusion of the award procedure report, according to art. 196 par. (2) of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, only at the request of the contracting authority.

Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 of Law 98/2016 pbringing public procurement - will be done with the DUAE. It is to be filled in the document in the "Forms" section.

Incorporation in the situation stipulated in Articles 59 and 60 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016 results in the exclusion of the bidder from the procedure applied for awarding the public procurement contract. within the contracting authority:

- Fiscal attestation regarding payment of taxes and duties to the state, signed by D.G.F.P., from which it appears that the tenderer has no debts due at the time of filing,

- Certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the payment of local taxes and taxes, issued by the local authority, showing that the tenderer has no debts due at the filing date. Foreign legal persons will present enforceable documents proving payment of taxes, taxes, and other contributions to the budget, in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which the tenderer / candidate is resident, - the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or those having the power representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the co-certificatenotifier issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement.
