The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a duration of 24 months. The technical characteristics remain unchanged throughout the duration of the framework agreement. Bidders will bid for all products within a batch. Minimum and maximum quantities ccan be purchased during the framework agreement are stipulated in the Tender Specifications.

Sanitary materials, according to the specification - Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subco) shall fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. 164, 165, 167 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016 entails the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure applied for awarding the public procurement contract.

The supporting documents in support of those mentioned in the DUAE must be presented only by thethe tenderer placed on the first place, after applying the award criterion (including the associated tenderer or the supporting third party, as the case may be), until the conclusion of the award procedure report, according to art. 196 par. (2) of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, only at the request of the contracting authority.
