Framework agreement single-design, production, delivery and installation of an original line of street furniture on the Paris-la-Defense business district

Since 2012, the Biennale of street furniture public form proposesis an innovative and experimental approach that calls upon the inventors' creativity to design street furniture that specifically meets the needs of the business district, the use and function of which creates aesthetics. The originality of this initiative is also to support the development and realization of the projects, then to test the installations with the usersfor a whole year. During the competitive dialogue, the teams admitted to participate will therefore be invited to design original lines of street furniture, the prototypes of which will be tested in situ on the occasion of public form 2019.

The purpose of the consultation is the award of a single-service framework agreement for services and supply for the purpose of design, production anduction, delivery and installation of an original street furniture line for the Paris-la-Defense business district, following the fourth edition of the Biennale Form Public. The framework agreement includes a minimum of EUR 150 000 (excluding VAT) and no maximum.

A statement of the total turnover achieved over the last 3 years available.opting for an offer and participating in the dialogue will receive compensation of up to EUR 70 000 (excluding VAT) if they take part in all the negotiation phases of the procedure. This market includes both services (street furniture design, delivery and installation, repairs and maintenance) and supply services (street furniture).

Financing: budget of the establishment this notice is completed by a document entitled, which must be downloaded on the site mentioned in section I.1 above by the economic operators wishing to file an application file. Applicants must refer to this notice and regulation of the consultation to compile their file. This notice and the regulation of the consultationion - phase applications are mandatory in all their provisions.
