Health Subject Courses for Persons Speaking Minority Languages (abbreviated AMO) — Oslo

A Framework Agreement for labour market training (abbreviated AMO): Health subject courses for persons speaking minority languages.

NAV Tiltak Oslo shall enter into a Framework Agreement for labour market training courses for persons speaking minority languages. The target group is job seekers with immigration background and foreign health worker education, who are not given a Norwegian authorisation, as well as job seekers speaking minority languages, with adequate work experience from the health sector to be considered as relevant for the health work as a traineeship. The objective of the course is that the participants shall achieve permanent jobs in the health service by formalising his or her competence. The course must provide the participants support in the process of achieving jobs as health workers or nurses. The course must contain mapping and individual guidance, health profession skills upgrading, vocational Norwegian language training, training in job-seeking as well as traineeship. See the attached tender documentation for details.

The stated value of the Framework Agreement is an estimate for the maximum contract period. The use of measure and consequently its value, may vary dependent on several variable factors. See the tender documentation, Part I, Point 1.4 for further information. The value is very uncertain and it might be higher, but most likely it will be below the estimated value.
