1) The economic operators (bidder, third party supporter, subcontractor) must not be found in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. Method of fulfilling the requirement: "Completion of DUAE" by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation, following that at the end of the evaluation of the offers the contracting authority to ask the bidder ranked first: lack of outstanding debts at the time of deposit. Declaration regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law 98/2016. The economic operator (bidder, third partysupporter, subcontractor) will complete the corresponding requirement in the DUAE. The supporting document is submitted by all participants to the procedure (economic operator who submits the offer individually or in association, subcontractor or third party supporter) together with the DUAE until the deadline for submission of tenders.

Requirement no. 1: the economic operators who submit the offer must prove a formof registration according to the law of the country of residence, to show that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution and that it has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the object of the contract. to fulfill the requirement: "Completion of DUAE" by the economic operators participating in the procedurethe hatred of attribution with the information related to their situation, following that at the end of the evaluation of the offers the contracting authority to ask the bidder ranked first: to be presented only in messagesciting the contracting authority.
