Foreign transport in foreign training modules (Air Force, FA).

In view of the demand for airspace over the territory Swiss Air Force regularly participates in training modules abroad. With this in mind, the equipment required for the flight service (spare parts for aircrafts, tools, etc.) is transported in containers from Switzerland to the place of training. Competent Swiss carriers are looking for the transport of this special goods in containers. These containers may contain ammunition or weapons components (ADR / SDR authorization). Exceptionally, one or more special transports (breakdown of a turbomoteur, for example) must be sent abroad within 24 hours of the announcement.

Competent Swiss carriers are looking for the transport of this special goods in containers. These containers may contain ammunition or weapons components (ADR / SDR authorization). Exceptionally, one or more special transports (breakdown of a turbine engine-eg) must be shipped abroad within 24 hours of the announcement.

The proof and proof of fitness listed below must be provided in its entirety with the offer, without restrictions or modifications. otherwise he will not enter into the offer. (E) (a) extracts from the register of prosecutions; and

(b) the commercial register or equivalent actsfrom the foreigner (up to 3 months old, the deadline for submission of tenders serves as a reference) proving that the tenderer has no tax or social security debts.

E6, the tenderer agrees to submit to the secrecy procedure which includes several security measures. (see the Ordinance on the Protection of Secrecy, RS 510.413). E7, the tenderer certifies that the drivers engaged at the time of the submission of the tender, or at the latest after the decision of the tender, are contractually bound to him (subcontractor).s) or direct (working relationship) and that their availability is ensured. The employment contracts must comply with all the legal obligations in this respect.

E8, the tenderer certifies to guarantee within a reasonable time the replacement of the drivers (eg in the event of resignation, long-term leave, sickness, etc.) by equivalent employees without charging the costs to the FA.

E9, -the tenderer certifies that he is able to provide the identity of the drivers and the details of the trucks four weeks before the beginning of the mandate.

E10, the tenderer certifies that he accepts to carry out atypical loading and unloading operations, of which accomplishment can take a long time (respect for safety concepts in aerodromes).

E11, the tenderer certifies that he will carry out all the transport with his own means and his own personnel. Vehicles must be homologated and registered in Switzerland.

E12, the bidder certifies that all invoices will be sent electronically. Information on existing opportunities is available in Annex 1.3.

Conditions for countries not having adhered to the WTO agreements: none.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee the reprovisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.

Other indications: the amount of the tender is calculated on the basis of the average of the mandates awarded (CHF) during the previous years. The tender price for this call for tenders is about 700 000 CHF per year. In total, a total ofCHF 6, 300, 000 will be published, options included. There is no claim to money orders up to the published cost ceiling.

Indication of remedies: in accordance with art. 30 LMP, the present publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gall. The appeal brief, to be submitted in2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence will be attached, where available.

The acknowledgment of receipt must be sent to the e-mail address indicated in 1.2 at the latest until the deadline for submission of the offer.
