In view of the demand for airspace over the territory Swiss Air Force regularly participates in training modules abroad. With this in mind, the equipment required for the flight service (spare parts for aircrafts, tools, etc.) is transported in containers from Switzerland to the place of training. Competent Swiss carriers are looking for the transport of this special goods in containers. These containers may contain ammunition or weapons components (ADR / SDR authorization). Exceptionally, one or more special transports (breakdown of a turbomoteur, for example) must be sent abroad within 24 hours of the announcement.

Exceptionally, one or more special transports (breakdown of a turbine engine-eg) must be shipped abroad within 24 hours of the announcement.

E11, the tenderer certifies that he will carry out all the transport with his own means and his own personnel. Vehicles must be homologated and registered in Switzerland.

Conditions for countries not having adhered to the WTO agreements: none.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee the reprovisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.

Other indications: the amount of the tender is calculated on the basis of the average of the mandates awarded (CHF) during the previous years. The tender price for this call for tenders is about 700 000 CHF per year. In total, a total ofCHF 6, 300, 000 will be published, options included. There is no claim to money orders up to the published cost ceiling.

Indication of remedies: in accordance with art. 30 LMP, the present publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gall.
