Supply of a distribution system for the sale of tickets and subscriptions for the bus networks of Chur and Engadin consisting of:

4) Based on Art. 13 para. 1 lit. h VoeB and Art. XV, lit. D, GPA, the contracting authority reserves the right to award new similar contracts relating to the present basic contract in accordance with the open procedure.
5. Award of services: The contractor is not entitled to thecomplete awarding of the advertised services. The client reserves the right not to assign parts of the services or to outsource them to third parties.
Remediation of Appeal: A written complaint against this publication may be lodged with the Administrative Court within 10 days of opening. The appeal is to be filed in duplicate and has the request, its reasoning with indication of evidence sohow to include the signature of the complaining person or their representative. A copy of this publication and available evidence must be enclosed. Final date / Remarks: The offers must be sent by post. Offers without the stamp of a Swiss Post Office or with incompletely completed or modified forms as well as entries without the requestedInserts or without the required endorsement (section 2.2 Procurement Proofs) on the input envelope are invalid.
