Transport of children

The purpose of the contract is to provide services relating to the transport of children and their accompanying persons throughout the duration of coach journeys, round trip, from embarkation on departure to disembarkation on arrival and vice versa, as part of the activities of the European Commission's Early Childhood Centre (hereinafter 'CPE' - Centre polyvalent de l'enfance) in Luxembourg.

The main destinations are located in Luxembourg, as well as neighbouring areas in Belgium, France and Germany. Other destinations may be added during the term of the contract.

The number of annual trips is estimated at 300 round trips, most of which are trips of less than 50 km round trip.
