Purpose of the tender.

The municipality of Breda currently has an agreement with regard to management and maintenance work on haar VRIs. This agreement expires at the end of 2020 and may no longer be renewed. The municipality of Breda therefore wants to go through a new tender to invest the management and maintenance with a market party after 2020.

Detailed description of the assignment.

The Assignment involves managing and maintaining the entire VRI area of approximately one hundred installations.

Duration of the assignment

Closing then a framework agreement for a period of two years, with an option for unilateral extension by the Client of two years. The municipality of Breda expects that the term, including extension, will be a maximum of three years, in view of the vision on the various contracts with regard to the VRI theme. Since this vision is not yet a certainty, the municipality of Breda wants the option opePlease extend the contract to a maximum term of four years.

The numbers included in the framework agreement are based on a term of four years in total.
