Presentation in the form of DC1 and DC2: the candidates must use the forms DC1 (letter of candidature) and DC2 (declaration of the candidate) to submit their application.

Information concerning the legal status of the company:

- the letter of application (DC1),

- declarationon the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets and that it is in rule with the articles L. 5212-1 a L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers, in accordance with Article 48 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016;

- declaration concerning the turnover of global and turnover for services subject to the contract, covering not more than the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available

The framework agreement is concluded from 1.1.2019 (or from its date of notification if theit is posterior) until 31.12.2019. The framework agreement may be extended for a further period of one year for a maximum extension period of two years, but this period may not exceed 31.12.2021.

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.1, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. this consultation will be done in appArticles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

In accordance with article 53. II of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets the candidates are not obliged to provide the documents and information mentioned above, already transmitted to the City of Antibes within the framework of previous consultation and remain valid.
