The framework agreement is concluded from 1.1.2019 (or from its date of notification if theit is posterior) until 31.12.2019. The framework agreement may be extended for a further period of one year for a maximum extension period of two years, but this period may not exceed 31.12.2021.

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.1, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. this consultation will be done in appArticles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
