Support for general traffic measurement in 2020 on national roads GDDKiA Branch in Gdańsk divided into 4 parts of the order

The subject of the order includes the measurement of traffic as part of the General Traffic Measurement in 2020. The subject of the order is specified in volumes II and III of the Specification of Essential Terms Zordering.

The subject of the contract includes measuring traffic as part of the General Traffic Measurement in 2020 on national roads in the Człuch-w District.

1. The contractor must show the average annual revenue specified below for the last three financial years, and if the business period is shorter, for this period (based on the "Profit and loss account" item "Net incomefrom the sale of products, goods and materials "or" Net revenues from sales and equalized to them ").

2. At the request of the Employer to confirm that the Contractor meets the conditions for participation in the procedure, the Contractor will be required to submit the following statements or documents:

a) part of the financial statements: profit and loss account, and if the financial statements are auditedby a certified auditor in accordance with accounting regulations, also an opinion on the audited report (s) in the part concerning the profit and loss account, and in the case of Contractors not obliged to prepare the financial statement, other documents specifying the turnover and liabilities and liabilities for the last 3 financial years, and if the period of business is shorter for that period.

3. If, for a justified reason, the Contractor cannot submit the documents required by the contracting authority, referred to above, the Employer allows the submission by the Contractor of other documents referred to in art. 26 section 2c of the Public Procurement Law

1. Documentation of the procedure in question is available on the platform in the "Attachments" tab. The document is downloaded after clicking on the selected attachmentand pressing "Download". To download all attachments at the same time, select "download package" and then "download all attachments of the organizer." is subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

3. To the extent"Part IV Eligibility Criteria" EAT, the Contractor may limit himself to completing the section, in which case the contractor shall not complete any of the other sections (AD) in Part IV EAT.

4. Contractor who refers to the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them, in so far as reference is made to their resources, for the conditions for participation in the postproceeding, submits uniform documents also regarding these entities.

5. If Contractors jointly apply for the order, a single document shall be submitted by each of these Contractors. They should be sent in accordance with the rules specified in IDW.

6. If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, and also if the person to whom the given documentapplies to the place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the principles set out in - 7 and 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 on the types of documents that the contracting authority may request from the contractor in the procurement procedure (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1126, as amended).

7. The Contractor, within 3 days of posting on the website informationof the information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, shall provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPL Act

8. The Contractor shall be excluded from the contract award procedure in relation to which any of the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 points 12-23 of the PPL Act and art. 24paragraph. 5 points 1-4 and 8 of the PPL Act

9. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of using the procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law

10. The offer binding period referred to in point IV.2.6) of the announcement is 60 days. The offer validity period begins with the submission deadline.

11. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Acty Pzp in the scope described in SIWZ.

12. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulling the procurement procedure pursuant to art. 93 item 1a of the Public Procurement Law, if the funds which the Awarding Entity intended to allocate for financing all or part of the contract will not be granted.

13. The contracting authority informs that technical dialogue was carried out as part of the procedure.
