Supply and maintenance of accessories and topographic equipment for the Lille European Metropole

Reference Number: 2019-PSG007

- Lot 1: Subsequent multi-attribute framework agreement: Provision of accessories and topographical material for the European Metropole of Lille.

Main Site: Territory of the European Metropolis of LilMulti-attribute framework agreement with subsequent steps: provision of accessories and topographical equipment for the Lille Euro- pean Metropole.

The bids of the candidates presenting sufficient capacities are analyzed according to the criteria of judgment of the following offers: lot n 1:

- price, analysis from the total amount obtained by applying the prices indicated in the scheduleof unit prices at the estimated quantities: 80%,

- technical value of the product proposed: 10%.

The technical memory must contain the following elements: the technical description of the product proposed.

- delivery time: 10%.

For the lot 2:

- price, analysis from the total amount obtained by application of the prices indicated in the unit price schedule at the estimated quantities: 70%,

- the means ttechnical and human implementation: technical value (weighting 30% of the overall score) weighted in the light of the technical paper which should at least detail the following elements:

- the organization and methodology of the candidate (10%),

- the laboratory and the calibration tools (10%), - the repair time (10%).

The technical memorandum should contain the following elements:

- the organizationand the methodology of the candidate,

- the laboratory and the calibration tools,

- the time of repair.

Lot 1: march n 2019psg007, the framework agreement is concluded without minimum amount. The maximum annual amount is 45 000 EUR HT. Lot 2: march n 2019psg008, the framework agreement has purchase orders is concluded without minimum amount. The maximum annual amount is 21 000 EUR HT.
