" Delivery of consumables (toner cartridges, etc.) for copying and printing equipment for the needs of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning by separate positions:

Main Site: Gr. Sofia, 5 Serdika Str.

Deliveries mustare carried out in a comprehensive manner, upon prior requests from the contracting entity`s representatives, by types of consumables and quantities for the respective equipment.

The order also includes the return of used toner cartridges. The estimated quantities of consumables by type of technology for 24 months are as follows: for the HP technique - 118, for the Xerox technique - 18, for the Samsung technique - 19, for the Cano techniquen - 5 pcs., for Konika technique - 2 pcs., for Toshiba technique - 1 pc. Estimated quantities are described in detail in the technical specification to the documentation for participation. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 anditem 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants shall not be subject to the prohibitions set out in Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, as well as the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Confiscation of Illegal Acquisition Act (CITA)The absence of circumstances related to the national grounds for exclusion shall be declared in the EDES in the field "Do specific national grounds for exclusion apply". The answer "no" applies to all circumstances. When answering "yes", the person must indicate the specific circumstance as well as any measures of reliability taken.

National grounds for removal are:

- convictionsfor crimes under art. 194-208, Art. 213a-217, Art. 219-252 and Art. 254a-255a and Art. 256-260 of the Criminal Code (Article 54, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Law),

- violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code (Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Law),

- violations under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act in force since May 23, 2018 (Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Act),

- nalice connectivity within the meaning of par. 2, item 45 of the PD of the PPA between candidates / participants in a specific procedure (Article 107, item 4 of the PPL),

- presence of a circumstance under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners,

- circumstances under Art. 69 of the Actto counter corruption and to seize illegally acquired property.

The performance guarantee is at the rate of 5% of the estimated value of the contract for 24 months, excluding VAT (excluding the estimated value of the possible renewal). The release of the guarantee is in accordance with the draft contract.
