The delivery of original toners for the printers of Gemeente and OCMW

The tenderer always offers with toners that are original to the device, there are no refills or own brands

The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17 June 2016.

The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he complies with the following selection criteria:

1) The following documents are available electronically and the contracting authority requests this information:

- The certificate ofn declaration and payment of social security contributions from the NSSO,

- Certificate of VAT liability (FPS Finance),

- The legal situation (non-bankruptcy or similar situation) at the KBO,

- The certificate fiscal debts ( FPS Finance),

- The annual accounts submitted to the National Bank (if applicable),

- The recognition of contractors of works (FPS Economy) (if of tapplication)
