The order is intended to ensure the supply of original consumables and parts for copiers, printers and fax machines for the needs of the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office, VAP, AGP, SClC, rest and training facilities of the RDP and Protection Office at the Prosecutor General. The estimated type and number of consumables and parts for copiers, printers and fax machines has been determined by the assignor in Table 1 of the Technical Specification to the present documentation.

Main Site: For the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office, VAP and AGP, UB "Borovets", "Trendafila" : "Vitosha" Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

The order is intended to ensure the delivery of the originalconsumables and parts for copiers, printers and fax machines for the needs of the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor 's Office, VAP, AGP, NSSC, the RBB' s recreation and training facilities and the Chief Prosecutor 's Office of Protection. The estimated type and number of consumables and parts for copiers, printers and fax machines has been determined by the assignor in Table 1 of the Technical Specifications to this documentation.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right not tosupply the entire quantity of consumables and parts for copiers, printers and fax machines, by type and / or number, without causing any adverse consequences for them ..

Y can take advantage of the opportunity under Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act, presenting reliability measures. 55, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act shall have the right not to remove from the procedure the court for which the circumstance under Art. 55, -para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, if it is proved that the latter has not ceased its activity and is able to execute the order. The lack of grounds for removal is declared in EEDOP. The performance guarantee for the contract amounts to 4% of the contract price excluding VAT.
