CPV Description: Toner cartridges - Toners for TUKE needs - Delivery of original and alternative toners to the printer, multifunction machines and copiers for the needs of the Technical University of Košice including the services that are related to the supplier., departments and other workplaces as specified in the tender documents(transport to the place of delivery, handling and removal of used toners and their subsequent disposal) in accordance with the qualitative and quantitative specifications stated in the tender documents of the Technical University of Košice, as well as the quality and quantity of the toner cartridges for printing, multifunctional devices and copiers for the needs of the Technical University of Košice.

1.1 Public Procurementand only a candidate who satisfies these conditions may be eligible to participate in the personal situation in accordance with the provisions of Section 32, 1 law. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32, par. 2, resp. 4 and 5:

a) - 32 par. 1 letter. a) neither he, nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body, nor a proxy, who has been finally convicted of a criminal act of corruption, a criminal offensethe criminal acts of the founding, confiscation and promotion of a criminal group, the offense of founding, forming or supporting a terrorist group, the criminal act of terrorism and some forms of terrorism, the criminal offense of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense, which has the essence of doing business-or a criminal act of machining in public procurement and public auction.

b) - 32 par. 1 letter. (b) has no arrears of health insurance, social security and contributions to old-age retirement pensions in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, place of business or usual residence. 1 letter. c) does not have tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the company, (d) Section 32 1 letter. d) his assets have not been declared bankrupt, he is not in restructuring, he is not in liquidation, nor has he been pledged bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets or canceled bankruptcy for lack of property. 1 letter. e) is entitled to supply the goods, perform construction works or provide service; f) - 32 par. 1 letter. f) nema ul(g) Section 32 (1) of the Act on the Protection of Competition, 1 letter. (g) has not, within the 3 years preceding the declaration or demonstrable opening of a public contract for serious breach of obligations relating to the protection of the environment, socialor according to special regulations, for which a sanction has been legally imposed upon him / her, provided that the contracting authority and the contracting authority can prove it. 1 letter. h) has not committed a serious breach of professional obligations during the preceding 3 years from the proclamation or demonstrable opening of the professional obligations, if the Procurer and the Procurer are able to prove them.

1.2 Uchadzač alebo zaujemca proves the fulfillment of the conditions of participation under paragraph 1.1

a) letter. (a) a copy of the criminal record not older than three months; b) confirmation by the Health Insurance Company and the Social Insurance Company no more than 3 months, c) letter. c) confirmation of the local tax authority no more than 3 months; d) confirmation of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months; (e) proof of entitlement-to supply goods, to perform construction works or to provide a service which corresponds to the subject of the order; f) by an affirmative declaration

1.3 The entrant entered in the list of economic entities managed by the Public Procurement Office may have the documents required to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with - 32 of Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. to replace the public procurement by submitting information on his registrationin the list of economic subjects, or by confirmation of its inclusion in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 of the Public Procurement Act. In such a case, the contracting authority will proceed to the assessment of the fulfillment of the conditions for the person's personal status in the sense of - 152, 4 and the related provisions of the Public Procurement Act.

1.4 The Public Procurer shall be deemed to be equalthe record or the certificate of registration shall be issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the applicant or tenderer demonstrates that the conditions for participation in the procurement have been fulfilled. The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant or the acquirer.
