The subject of the present procurement is periodical deliveries of original, unused and non-recycled consumables, including direct / direct use cartridges (CIS) containing the base material (s) for printing and sling(kits) or single service components involved indirectly / indirectly in the printing process but also with substantial and proportional amortization / wastage for existing equipment (CO) - office equipment installed at the place of operation at the central government (CG) and the Territorial Units (TA) of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI), -3 Main points: Headquarters of the National Social Security Institute in Sofia and the cities of the NSSI territorial divisions according to Table № 2 of the Technical Specifications. Lot 1 includes in its subject periodic deliveries of original, new, unused and non-recycled consumables for direct use and wearable office equipment modules Lexmark, Develop and HP, Inc.at the place of exploitation at headquarters and the territorial divisions of the National Social Security Institute. Estimated quantity - 835 - The Employer does not impose requirements on the fitness for exercise of professional activity
Not Required. The assignor removes from participation in a public procurement procedure a participant for whom there is someof the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPL.
The grounds under Art. 54, para. (1), (1), (2) and (7) shall apply to the persons representing the participant or the candidate, the members of the management and supervisory bodies and other persons who have the power to exercise control over the decision-making by these bodies. Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 2 of the PPA the contracting authority will remove from participation in the procedure each participant(1) who has been declared insolvent or is in bankruptcy proceedings or is in liquidation or has concluded an out-of-court agreement with its creditors in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commercial Code or has ceased its activity, and if the applicant or tenderer is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State, (2) is deprived of the right to pursue a profession or activity in the subject matter under the law of the State in which the act was committed; (3) who has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distorting competition where the offense is established by an act of a competent authority; 4) proved to be guilty of non-performance of a public procurement contract or a contract for-a construction or service concession that led to its early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except where the non-fulfillment affects less than 50 per cent of the value or volume of the contract; to: (a) influence the decision of the contracting authority relating to removal, selection or assignment, including through-providing false or misleading information; or (b) receive information that may give him an unjustified advantage in the procurement procedure. The assignor will remove a participant who is not entitled to participate in public procurement under Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДЮРДРЛТТДДС, if the conditions under Art. 4 of the Act, as well as when it can not be donedentification and verification for identification of the client by the means provided in the LMML and PPPIMP, Art. 69 of the Civil Protection Act and Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act - Access to the electronic file of the public procurement is provided on the buyer profile under the identification number indicated in section II, item II.1.1 of the notice.
