Acquisition, deployment, receipt of an integrated HRIS, maintenance and services for payroll processing by outsourcing. The solution should cover the following features:

Acquisition, deployment, reception of an integrated HRIS, maintenance and service for outsourced payroll processing. The solution should cover the following functionalities:
- administrative management,
- payroll,
- training,
- maintenance and competence (GPEC),
- follow-up of careers,
- HR management / reporting,
- portal,
- monitoring and budget simulation,
- electronic safee.
The technical specifications:
- incoming and outgoing interfaces from SIRH to Octime,
- outgoing interface of the HRIS to the financial IS in SAP for accounting and for provisions,
- outgoing interface to the outside (net company) .
Each candidate will have to produce a complete file, including the following pieces presented in the chronological order:
- DUME or printed DC1, DC2,
- for candidates established outside France, the candidate produces a certificate drawn up by the tax and social bodies, to certify the payment of the corresponding contributions, or failing that, a sworn declaration, or in the countries where such a procedure does not exist: a solemn declaration validated by a judicial or administrative authority, if necessary a translation into Frenchs of these documents is provided,
- Kbis extract dating less than 3 months for each co-contractor,
- copy of the judgment if the candidate is in receivership.
Turnover of the last 2 years by detailing the integration part of solution, maintenance and management of the externalized pay.
