Grouping of orders between the city of Montpellier, the CCAS of the city of Montpellier and Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole in accordance withArticle 28 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015. The city of Montpellier is coordinator of the group. This is a competitive procedure with negotiation subject to the provisions of Articles 25-I.2 and 71 to 73 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The present market comprises:
The market comprises:
- a part of the services at a global price and lump sum,
- a part of the services a punit orders subject to purchase orders without minimum or maximum.
Purchase orders will be notified to the economic operator by the contracting authority as and when required.
As an indication and not contractual, the estimated amount unit-price benefits for the total duration of the contract is EUR 52 000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial periodfrom the notification of the framework agreement to the end of the guarantee period.
The framework agreement may be extended for a further period of 1 year for a maximum extension of 2 years.
Applicants must use the forms DC 1 (application letter) and DC 2 (declaration of the candidate) attached to this consultation dossier, or the Single European Market Document (DUME) forsubmit their application.
