The present consultation is passed according to the procedure of open call for tenders; it is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.1 and 67 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The market is an acsingle-recipient framework with minimum and maximum amounts, passes pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It will give place to the emission, by the public person, of purchase orders as and when it needs. This Framework Agreement is for a period from its notification date at the end of the 4 year maintenance period from the date ofdate of receipt of the software (verification of the regular service). The estimated date of notification of this framework agreement is end of December 2018:
